DBCON offers a great opportunity to promote the training courses appreciated and acknowledged by people from different industries and geographies and get rewarded for the same. For every training sign up that we get through you, we will give you 10% of the training fee as a token of our appreciation. You can participate in the following ways to earn the referral rewards.

Word of Mouth Referrals
- Tell others about our training programs and let us know the details of the person to whom you have referred or give us the name and email address of the person who you think will be interested in our training programs
- Submit the following form giving us your details and the details of the person.
- If the person signs up for the course, we will inform you and
- Once the course is complete, we will pay the referral fees to you through paypal.
(To avoid conflict of interest and keep ethical business practices, please note that referral rewards are not applicable in the same company where you are working. That is say if you are working for ABC Ltd. and you have referred us to someone within ABC Ltd. then the referral reward will not be applicable.)
Affiliate Program - Referral through links (Website, Blog, E-mail, Forums etc.)
- Submit the following form with your details
- After reviewing your details and upon approval we will assign you a unique Affiliate Id
- Put our links on your web pages / blogs / e-mails / forums etc. with your affiliate id in the following format

- Once the cookie is set, that particular visitor will always be tracked as your referral even if he/she navigates to different pages of our website or even if he/she visits us a few days or few weeks or even few months later
- If the visitor signs up for the training, the software code on our payment page will automatically update your account with the referral commission earned (which is 10% of the training fee)
- Once the training is over, we will pay you your commission through paypal
- You will also be provided a login and password to logon to our affiliate program to check the commissions you have earned and the payment status
